Have only kept with My Deer Friend Nokotan, Tower of God, and SHOSHIMIN so far this season. SHOSHIMIN is the most interesting so far! It has a real movie quality to it that I quite like, and it isn't afraid to let moments linger for 30+ seconds when it needs to.
I may end up watching more of the vtuber one as well as it DOES look funny if you know vtuber culture at all.
@bittersorcerer Makeine is my highlight of the season for sure, but SHISHOMIN is a close second.
I'm also finding myself enjoying VTuber Legend a lot funnier than Nokotan. The latter has turned it a lot less witty than I hoped. 
And Pseudo Harem gets an honorable mention for being so damn kawaiiiiiii that I can't even. 
Honestly I'm watching a bunch more too - this season is stacked - but those are my favorites so far
